SPARC ARTIST HAS BEEN CHOSEN

Sorry about being so late with my blog entries lately. Well our SPARC artist has been chosen. The three candidates met with our selection committee to make their presentations. All three did a wonderful job and any of them would have created a fantastic piece of public art for WCHS; however, only one could be chosen. The winner was Mr. Brad Spencer who creates art with bricks. We are very excited about his coming to WCHS, working with my advanced students and creating what we know will be a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork that will be cherished for years and years to come. Congratulations to Mr. Spencer, or Brick Man as my students are referring to him. These photos are various ones taken during our selection process.
